Starting from as little as 8% plus GST. 

At PEP we believe in offering our clients a completely tailored solution to meet your budget and requirement needs. 

You have the option of low fees, extended probation and guarantee periods. We let you choose.

Recruitment Guarantee?

Worried about paying a recruiter a fee with the thought of "what if the person doesn't work out?".

Don't worry. We have customised our fee structure, starting from as little as 8% + GST, to allow you to choose your own length of guarantee period to a maximum term of 12 month replacement guarantee!

What industry experience do we have?

Our PEP consultants have over 10 years Real Estate Sales and Management Experience, have owned and operated a real estate business and have been head of sales and marketing for large ASX listed businesses.

Our consultants also have 12 years medical and dental industry experience.

What experience do we have in recruitment?
